Cancellation

Close Razorpay checkout before you pay and nothing is charged. After a payment is captured, the rank is live and cannot be cancelled like a cart order.

Refunds

• Successful listings are not refunded. You bought visibility on a public board. That service is delivered instantly.
• Someone paying more later is not a defect. It is how the board works.
• Listings removed for breaking the rules are not refunded.
• If Razorpay captured money but your row never appeared, write to us within 48 hours with the payment id. We refund that charge through Razorpay in 5–7 business days.
• Duplicate charges for the same listing are refunded the same way, 5–7 business days after we confirm.

Shipping

There are no physical goods. Nothing is shipped. No shipping policy applies beyond this sentence.
